Strategies for Professional and Personal Success
Leading with Emotional Intelligence:

Why do some brilliant individuals have trouble managing and collaborating with others in the business world?  What's missing?
The answer, very often, is emotional intelligence- or, EI
Research asserts that EI accounts for why smarts and technical skills alone are often not enough to succeed in the business world.

In this session, you will:
  • Learn what emotional intelligence is and the science of how it works
  • Assess your current levels of emotional intelligence
  • Create an action plan for increasing professional & personal success by using the 6Cs of Leading with EI.
  • Attendees are also granted free admission to The Exchange Newtorking dinner featuring guest speaker Vice Mayor Christopher Smitherman.
