Dear Potential Vendor or Exhibitor:
New Vision United Methodist Church is hosting our Sixth Annual Halle-Bration 2018 event for two days on December 7 from 4pm to 8pm and December 8 from 10am- 4pm. at our church at 4400 Reading Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45229. Halle-Bration is a Hallelujah Celebration for the holidays and we are partnering with the African American Chamber of Commerce and the Collective Empowerment Group. The Community Business Marketplace will continue with service and contracting businesses. We want our community to get to know the businesses in our City and Region, that can service their needs year-round. We are planning two days of activities and shopping within our community to celebrate the Christmas season and to provide a safe and fun place for friends and families to be entertained. Friday will be targeting adults for a few social hours of fun and shopping.
We will have entertainment from local music groups and choirs, a live broadcast, workshops and fun for children of all ages. We will also have a Santa Claus station, face painting, and food for purchase. We will continue to provide toys for our children in the community. Friends and families can learn to sing Christmas carols, learn about Kwanzaa and Christmas and create crafts, with Cincinnati’s own, artist Annie Ruth.
We are continuing with our full color Business Directory that will be given to all shoppers and each business will receive a free listing. You will also be able to purchase full ads in the Directory for a separate cost whether you are able to participate or not in the event. The Directories will also be available at the African American Chamber and Collective Empowerment Group offices, as well as the member churches. We will advertise on Radio One stations, (Soul 101.5FM/1230AM, Oldies 100.3) and WGRI 1050AM and in the Cincinnati Herald along with many other venues, we will also have a complete social media presence for this event.
We want you be a part of this wonderful time of the year and have your business represented. The vendor application is attached. Please review it and submit your completed application with payment by November 14, 2018. The payment can be cash, business check, credit card or money order. We will assign space based on the receipt of the completed application and payment. You will also receive fliers to distribute to your customers for the event and posters, if you have a place to locate them.
