Position Purpose: To assist individuals ages 16-24 with obtaining a self-sufficient career and provide solutions to support workforce development in the Northern Kentucky region.
Job Responsibilities:The Youth Talent Development Specialist will be responsible for working with Opportunity Youth (OY), ages 16-24, who are not in school or working to remove barriers, stabilize their situation, and move toward self-sufficient employment. Position will provide case management, job readiness skills through workshops (resume building, KESC, interview skills, and beginner financial education), career coaching (assessments, labor market information, and in-demand career pathways), access to resources (Federal Bonding, WOTC, and letters of disclosure, assistance with documents like IDs, Birth Certificates, etc.) and career training (classroom training, internships, and apprenticeship).
Bachelor's degree or related preferred, in Human Services, Social Work, Human Resources, or related
2-3 years experience in Workforce Development and/or Non profit work
Customer Service experience
Pay Rate: $14.62-$16.34 per Hour Non Exempt
