Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide case management to residents in Saratoga.
  • Provide resources and make referrals as needed to met the needs of the residents.
  • Support the residents with building informal support networks.
  • Educate residents on Brighton Center services as well as outside agency partners.
  • Develop case plans and coordinate services with residents.
 
Job Requirements:
  • Past experience in case management.
  • Experience working with seniors/social service delivery programs.
  • Degree or related experience in social services.
Pay:
 
$12-$12.50, Non-Exempt
